IoT asset monitoring

Logtix

Know what your assets are doing — before they stop doing it.

Logtix monitors the assets a business already owns: vehicles, HVAC units, compressors, production machines. Where they are, whether they're running, how hard they've worked, and what needs service before it becomes a breakdown. Built for Central American operations, with local service and hardware that survives the plant.

One screen for everything you own

Where it is

Live position and route history for anything that moves — fleet, forklifts, generators on loan. The GPS layer Logtix started as, still here and still working.

Whether it's running

Runtime, idle time and duty cycle per machine. The difference between an asset you paid for and an asset that earns.

How hard it's working

Temperature, vibration, current draw and pressure, sampled continuously — the signals that move before a failure does.

What needs service

Thresholds and hour-based schedules raise the work order before the breakdown, not after it. Maintenance becomes a plan instead of an emergency.

Alerts where you already are

Conditions you define reach the person who can act on them, on WhatsApp, with the asset and the reading attached.

Installed and serviced locally

Sensors fitted by our own people, in the region, with spares on the same continent as your plant. Support answers in Spanish.

How it works

From asset to answer

1. Fit the sensor

A tracker on the vehicle, a clamp on the motor, a probe on the line. No rebuild of the machine and no change to how the operator works.

2. It reports continuously

Readings stream to Logtix over cellular, and keep buffering when a plant loses signal so nothing is lost between readings.

3. You see the pattern

One dashboard for every asset, with the history that turns a reading into a trend and a trend into a decision.

4. It tells you first

When a value crosses the line you set, the alert goes out before the asset stops — which is the whole point of watching it.

Logtix FAQ

Is this still fleet tracking?
Fleet is one case, not the product. Logtix started as GPS fleet tracking and that layer still ships — but the same platform now monitors HVAC, compressors and production machines, because the question is the same one: is this asset working, and what will it need next?
Do I have to replace my machines?
No. Logtix is built for the assets you already own — most of what we monitor is older than the software watching it. Sensors are fitted to the existing equipment.
What happens when the plant loses connectivity?
Readings buffer on the device and sync when the link returns, so a dead zone produces a delay rather than a hole in the history.
Who installs and maintains it?
We do. Logtix is sold as an operated service in Central America: our people fit the sensors, we hold the spares locally, and support answers in Spanish.
