The technology behind the loop
A Meta technology provider
Tix Labs operates as a technology provider integrating Meta's advertising and messaging platforms with the CRM, ERP, payment and AI systems our customers already use.
What we connect to
The named platforms and partners our software builds on.
-
Sitetix — the site engine
Every site we run, including this one, is built by Sitetix: one multi-tenant engine that renders a whole site from a content bundle, ships it static to a CDN, and wires the lead path in by default. It is infrastructure we build for ourselves, not a product we sell.
-
Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
Server-side conversion events sent to Meta for accurate, privacy-resilient attribution, deduplicated against the Meta Pixel.
-
WhatsApp Business Platform
Official Cloud API messaging that powers Chatix's AI sales conversations at scale.
-
CRM / ERP connectors
Odoo, Pipedrive and HubSpot — leads and outcomes sync to the system your team already runs on.
-
Payments — Paggo & Stripe
Checkout and payment collection wired into product flows where transactions happen.
-
AI / LLM layer
Large-language-model reasoning drives qualification, replies and routing across the stack.
-
Analytics & bot detection
Traffic analytics with bot and fraud detection so spend and conversions reflect real humans.
Conversion feedback without an ecommerce backend
An online store gets conversion signal back to Meta for free: the checkout fires AddToCart and Purchase, the algorithm learns which ads produced revenue, and the cost per sale falls. A business that sells in a conversation or off a landing page fires nothing. Meta optimises for clicks, because clicks are all it can see.
Leadtix and Chatix close that loop for businesses that have no checkout to fire from. A qualified lead, a booking, a sale closed over WhatsApp — each one goes back to Meta through the Conversions API as a server-side event, deduplicated against the browser pixel and tied to the campaign, ad set and creative that produced it.
To be precise about the claim: Meta’s Conversions API supports lead and offline conversion events, and forwarders and CRM tools exist that can fire them. What is different here is that it is built in rather than assembled — it works without an ecommerce backend, and it comes wired to the chat agent that produced the event, so the conversion Meta receives is the one that actually closed.
How the platform is built
Sites on the edge
Tenant sites are static and served from a global CDN — fast, SEO-perfect, and effectively infinite to scale.
Shared lead & chat brain
Leadtix and Chatix run as a few shared, load-balanced services — scaled once for every tenant, not per site.
Data flows you control
Lead data moves on a defined payload contract from site to Leadtix to your CRM/ERP — auditable end to end.
